Engineering

KMG conceives, designs, develops, calculates, and drafts all the attractions we deliver entirely in-house. Our specialized engineering team guarantees safe machines, built according to the latest safety requirements. We combine spectacular movements with simple operation and efficient use and maintenance. For design and calculations, we work with modern 3D and FEM software. KMG attractions are developed for both fairgrounds and amusement parks worldwide.

Construction

During construction, we continuously perform safety and quality checks. For specialist components such as certified welding, coating, electrical cabinets, hydraulics, and trailer parts, we work with established partners and suppliers. We have shared experience with many of them for over 30 years. This is how we combine craftsmanship and deliver an attraction of consistently high quality.

Safety

All our attractions are designed and developed according to the latest European EN and ISO safety requirements. To comply with current EU and TüV safety standards and to guarantee the high quality of our rides, KMG has a specialized engineering team. In addition, we also work with independent engineering firms and inspection bodies. Each machine is thoroughly tested before departure.

Maintenance

When the machine is delivered to the customer, training is provided for the use and maintenance of the machine. There are more than 300 KMG attractions in use worldwide. Therefore, the KMG service team offers the possibility to extend service and assistance for maintenance and technical malfunctions. In addition, KMG offers the possibility to deploy our mechanics on location.
