Engineering

KMG conceives, develops, calculates, and designs all its rides in-house. Our specialized engineering team ensures that our machines are safe and built in accordance with the latest safety standards. We combine spectacular movements with simple operation and efficient use and maintenance. For design and calculations, we use modern 3D and FEM software. KMG attractions are developed for both state fairs and amusement parks worldwide.

Construction

We conduct ongoing safety and quality checks throughout the construction process. For specialized components such as certified welding, coating, electrical cabinets, hydraulics, and trailer parts, we collaborate with trusted partners and suppliers. We have worked with many of them for over 30 years. This allows us to combine craftsmanship and deliver an attraction of consistently high quality.

Safety

All of our attractions are designed and developed in accordance with the latest European EN and ISO safety standards. To comply with current EU and TÜV safety standards and to guarantee the high quality of our attractions, KMG has a specialized engineering team. We also collaborate with independent engineering firms and certification bodies.

Every machine is thoroughly tested before shipment.

Maintenance

When the machine is delivered to the customer, training is provided on its use and maintenance. There are more than 300 KMG attractions in operation worldwide. That is why the KMG service team offers service and assistance for maintenance and technical malfunctions. In addition, KMG offers the option of deploying our technicians on-site.
