How can I order (spare) parts for my ride? (rest of the world)
Request the required parts via email, parts@kmgrides.com, or via our WhatsApp number. Please include a clear description, a photo of the part, and the serial number of your ride. Please note: we only process requests for KMG machines.
How can I order (spare) parts for my ride? (Customer US/Canada)
Parts can be ordered via showmensupplies.
When will my parts be shipped?
Parts are shipped as soon as the order has been fully processed. You will receive an email with a tracking code.
How can I pay my invoices for (spare) parts?
Invoices can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.
How can I get a new ride manual?
Vraag een nieuwe ridehandleiding aan via support@kmgrides.com . Vermeld daarbij uw bedrijfsnaam en het serienummer van de ride.
Who can I contact if I have technical problems with my ride?
Please contact support@kmgrides.com and include the serial number of your ride. For urgent matters, you can contact our office directly.
How can I schedule a maintenance/service job?
Send an email to tonny@kmgrides.com, and include the serial number of your ride. You will be contacted. Please note: due to limited staff, we can only maintain your ride in our workshop.
I bought a used KMG ride. What steps should I follow?

Can I get a tour of the factory?
Unfortunately, due to high demand, we can no longer give tours. Requests will not be answered. We do have a number of behind-the-scenes videos on our YouTube channel.
Can I get merchandise or flyers from KMG?

Does KMG sell used rides?
We do not sell used rides. For used rides, we recommend that you contact usedrideseurope.
